Starting from the 2024/2025 school year, all families in Poland are entitled to assistance for preparing their children for the school year, regardless of their financial situation.

🔹 Amount of the allowance: PLN 300 for each child (payment will be credited directly to your account).

🔹 Who can receive:

Children studying at a school, lyceum, technical school, or police school, up to 20 years old (up to 24 years for children with disabilities).

🔹 Application deadline:

From July 1 to November 30. We recommend applying no later than the end of August to receive a guaranteed payment by September 30. Applications made later may result in a delay of more than two months.

🔹 How to apply:

Online through the Emp@tia portal.

Via electronic banking.

Via PUE ZUS.

Through the mZUS application.

The application must be submitted by one of the child’s parents or guardians.

To apply, you must have a residence permit with access to the labor market, UKR status, or a D21/D18/D23 visa.

🔹 Who cannot apply for benefits:

Pupils of zerówki (pre-school/kindergarten).

Students.

Children studying abroad (only children studying in Poland are eligible).
