Production Worker – Norwegian Salmon Processing

Location:
Gdynia, Hutnicza Street 22, Poland

Salary:

  • 31.40 PLN/hour gross
  • 31.40 PLN/hour net – for students under 26 years of age

Payment terms:

  • 100% of salary paid to a bank account by the 15th of each month
  • Pay rate increase every 5 months
  • Advance payment available after 7 worked days

Work schedule:

  • 8–10 hours per day
  • 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
  • Working hours: 06:00–16:00

Job responsibilities:

  • Working with production lines
  • Fish processing
  • Packaging
  • Sorting
  • Preparing fillets for packaging

Working conditions:

  • Temperature at the plant: +7°C to +15°C
  • Work clothing provided
  • No sanitary book required

Accommodation:

  • Housing is not provided
  • No compensation for own accommodation

Contract:

  • Umowa zlecenia (civil contract) for an indefinite period
