Reissue TRC Card
Important information if your beat card is lost or stolen:
If you had the unfortunate experience of losing or stealing a beat card, don’t worry.
What you need to do in this case:
Within 3 days, notify Uzhond at the place of issue of the previous card.
Submit an application for card recovery within 14 days. The notification and application can be submitted in person or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
To issue a new beat card, you need to: check the list of required documents on the official website and bring them to Uzhhorod.
While the card is being reissued, the Uzhond will issue you a certificate confirming your legal stay in the country before receiving the plastic residence card.
The cost of reissuing a card due to the fault of a foreigner:
– PLN 200 for the first application
– PLN 300 for repeated applications
The period for issuing a new residence card is on average about a month, but it can be longer.
