In Poland, documents for public institutions are accepted only in Polish. This requires a sworn translation (tłumacz przysięgły).
Where can I find a sworn translator? You can find sworn translators on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Poland. Each city has its own translators included in the general system.

Prices for services: The price depends on the number of characters in the document. Sworn translations are always more expensive as they are considered official. Tariffs are set by the Ministry of Justice of Poland and are valid from January 1, 2024. Each translator has their own rates, so it is better to get acquainted with several offers.

Birth/marriage certificate – about PLN 120
Certificate, diploma (without grades) – from PLN 120 to 300
Certificate with grades – from PLN 250
Driving license – about PLN 130
Employment record book – from PLN 600
Translation time: translation usually takes 5-7 working days. In case of an urgent order, a surcharge may be required.
