Privacy Policy

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter: “RODO”, I inform you that:
1. the administrator of the personal data processed on www.profit4you.pl is PROFIT4YOU Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Abrahama 1a/5.03, 80-307 Gdańsk.

3. data collected by the owner of the service are: IP addresses, cookies, names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of Users. They are collected automatically by the service or directly from Users via the contact form.
(4) The data processed by the service are used for statistical purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) or contact purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO).
(5) Cookies may be shared with other services, such as advertising or research companies. Recipients of other Users’ data may be entities cooperating with PROFIT4YOU Sp. z o.o. in the recruitment process, or entities authorized to obtain them under the law.
(6) Personal data will be processed by the service until the User raises an objection or withdraws consent.
(7) The User shall have the following rights regarding personal data: access, rectification (amendment), deletion and restriction of processing.
(8) The User also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (the President of UODO).
(9) Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary, however, it is necessary to enable the owner of the service to contact the User.
10. the Internet browser accepts cookies by default. The User may, at any time, change the settings of his/her browser to, for example, block the use of (cookies) files, although such changes may restrict access to certain functions of the website of the service (see Cookie Policy).
